Shipping & Delivery
All our items are securely and discreetly packaged in plain white or brown boxes with no reference to Pleasure Den. Items are shipped via StarTrack (Australian Air Express) usually within 24 hours of placing the order (Also referred to as "same day" shipping). Although most orders are delivered to major cities overnight (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Perth and Hobart), please allow 1-3 working days for delivery to certain metro areas and 3-6 days to regional areas. Please also note that larger items may take an extra day as they will be send by road. We offer a table rate shipping arrangement to anywhere within Australia - Click here for postage costs.
Due to the high demand of certain products, if the particular item you ordered is out of stock but an alternative colour option is available, we will automatically send the alternative. If an item is out of stock we will contact you with an alternative option. If we we don't receive a response within 24 hours we will automatically send the alternative.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order then you will be notified within 1 working day. For more information, questions or support then please use our online contact form.

Your details are secure throughout the entire ordering process. Pleasure Den® is committed to the protection of your personal details and the information we collect for orders is only used to complete the order. Credit card processing is done entirely via the secured payment gateways like Shopify, PayPal payment gateway, Apple Pay Or Google Pay so you can be sure your credit card details are completely secure.
We will keep your name and address details in a secure area of our website to make ordering your next order easier. No credit card details are ever retained by Pleasure Den®.
Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of the products we cannot accept returns for incorrectly bought items, however, if a product is faulty on arrival you can return it back to us for a full replacement.
Any returns for faulty products should be made within 30 days of the purchase date by contacting us first via email or via Returns can be sent easily by sending the items to our PO box. Please message us so we can go through the return process. Before contacting us please ensure you test your product with new batteries as this usually fixes most issues.

We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any damage caused by misuse or incorrect installation of products.
Pleasure Den® disclaims all warranties, express or implied of any type in relation to products we sell on the site. When purchasing from any product group sold by Pleasure Den® you agree that you are purchasing it at the price ordered and that ALL adult products are sold as novelties. In no event shall any director, representative or employee of PDCORP be liable or responsible for special, indirect, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages related to any products sold.
