Refund policy

As the products we sell are of a personal nature, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items purchased if you change your mind. If the order is processed and in transit to you the order can not be cancelled. Our team stands by our products and services as we only stock the best items as hand picked by Australian consumers and all sales are final.

If you are having an issue with using your product please contact our customer service team within 3 days of you receiving the goods for troubleshooting tips. Please remember in most instances the people tips will fix any issues:

  • Use the correct size and new batteries
  • Check they are inserted correctly
  • Ensure the batteries are dry and the connectors are touching
  • Hold the controls for 5 seconds to turn the item on / off to reset (for battery operated products only)
  • Ensure the screw cap (if applicable) is fastened

In case of genuine product fault or failure, we will either replace the item or issue full refund
